AYA NEO AIR Plus Gets AMD Ryzen 5 7520U and Ryzen 7 6800U, Ditches Intel Pentium
AYA NEO has shaken up the processor options for its upcoming AIR Plus gaming handheld. The company has cancelled the Intel Pentium Gold 8505 version and is introducing two AMD Ryzen APUs instead: the Ryzen 5 7520U and the Ryzen 7 6800U. The Intel Core i3-1215U will still be available as an option.

The Ryzen 5 7520U is based on AMD's Mendocino architecture and features four Zen 2 CPU cores and two RDNA 2 Compute Units (marketed as the Radeon 610M). The Ryzen 7 6800U, part of the Rembrandt series, brings even more power to the AIR Plus lineup, making it a compelling choice for gamers looking for higher performance.
AYA NEO has hinted that the Ryzen 7 6800U model may also include a 3.5mm audio jack, a MicroSD card slot, and USB 4 connectivity. It is unclear if these features will be available on other AIR Plus models.
