Dell Latitude 7455 with Snapdragon X Elite officially launched with 14-inch QHD+ display and Wi-Fi 7.

Dell has updated the Latitude line with the latest Intel Core Ultra CPUs in February 2024, and the Latitude 7455 now features Snapdragon X SoCs.

Dell Latitude 7455: Thin and Powerful with Snapdragon X SoCs

Dell has launched the Latitude 7455 laptop, which features Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus SoCs. The laptop also includes up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB of maximum storage. The machine's exterior features a 14-inch touch display, a spill-resistant backlit keyboard, a big touchpad, and four speakers (two front-firing and two bottom-firing).

Dell has updated the Latitude line with the latest Intel Core Ultra CPUs in February 2024, and the Latitude 7455 now features Snapdragon X SoCs. Starting with the chassis, Dell boasts that the new Latitude 7455 is the thinnest Latitude computer to date, measuring 223.7 mm x 314 mm x 16.9 mm. The laptop uses an aluminum chassis and comes in Titan Gray, with a comparatively low weight of 1.44 kg (3.17 lbs).

The Dell Latitude 7455 will be available with two SoCs: the Snapdragon X Elite (X1E-80-100) and the Snapdragon X Plus (X1P-64-100). The company is also offering the ARM SoCs with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8448 RAM and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage. While the RAM is soldered to the board, the NVMe drive is in the M.2 2230 form type and should be removable.

The laptop's internal features include a 54 Wh battery, Qualcomm FastConnect Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and optional 5G with a built-in eSim that supports Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile networks. On the front, the Dell Latitude 7455 has a 14-inch IPS panel with an 85.63% screen-to-body ratio, QHD+ resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, and touch input. The matte display covers 100% sRGB while producing 400 nits of brightness. There is also an FHD webcam on top, which supports Windows Hello facial recognition. The laptop also has a good port variety, including: Features include two USB 4.0 ports with Power Delivery and DisplayPort 2.1, as well as one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port with Power Share. A single 3.5 mm combination jack. a microSD card reader. Users also have the option of selecting an external SIM card slot.

The Dell Latitude 7455 will become available later this year. Unfortunately, Dell has not provided any specific availability date or the cost for the laptop.
