This leak adds to the growing number of HP laptops expected to use Snapdragon processors. Information about the OmniBook X and EliteBook Ultra G1q has already leaked previously.

Unlike the earlier leaks that only showed pictures, details about the new Dragonfly come from a Geekbench listing. This listing reveals the device's chipset and some other specifications.

HP Dragonfly 14-fe0xxx: Key Specs

HP has equipped the Dragonfly 14-fe0xxx with the X1E-78-100, Qualcomm's least powerful Snapdragon X Elite model. The X1E-78-100 features:

  • 12 Oryon CPU cores reaching up to 3.4 GHz
  • LPDDR5x-8448 memory controller
  • 45 TOPS Hexagon NPU
  • Adreno GPU with theoretical performance up to 3.8 TFLOPs
  • Default 80 W TDP (Thermal Design Power)

The Geekbench listing doesn't include TDP information, but it does confirm 16 GB of RAM, the minimum requirement for Windows 11's new "AI Explorer" feature. The new Dragonfly will also likely have a 14-inch display, similar to the leaked OmniBook X and EliteBook Ultra G1q.
