This leak comes hot on the heels of the upcoming release of the HMD Skyline, a mid-range phone that's also channeling some serious Nokia Lumia 920 vibes. It seems HMD is on a mission to blend nostalgia with modern tech.

What We Know (So Far)

While HMD is keeping things officially under wraps, here's what the rumor mill is churning out:

  • Lumia-esque Design: Think vibrant colors and a flat frame that's reminiscent of those iconic Nokia phones.
  • Sharp Display: A spacious 10.6-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a buttery-smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Plus, it's protected by Gorilla Glass 3, so you can swipe without worry.
  • Capable Cameras: An 8MP selfie camera for all those video calls and a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash for capturing life's moments.
  • Stylus Support: Looks like you'll be able to doodle and take notes with ease.
  • Solid Performance: Under the hood, you'll find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, which should offer a smooth and responsive experience.
  • Ample Memory and Storage: 8GB of RAM to keep things running smoothly and 128GB of storage, expandable via microSD card – perfect for storing all your photos, videos, and apps.
  • Long-Lasting Battery: A beefy 9,250mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging means you can power through your day without constantly hunting for an outlet.

Price and Release Date: The Mystery Remains

HMD is still keeping mum on the price and launch date of the Slate Tab 5G. But rumor has it that it'll be joined by two more affordable siblings – the HMD Tab and HMD Tab Lite.

Could this be the start of a Lumia revival? We'll have to wait and see what HMD officially announces!
