SpaceX Unveils Starlink Mini, a Portable Satellite Internet Terminal Powered by Power Bank SpaceX has officially introduced Starlink Mini, a compact version of its satellite internet terminal. The device, comparable in size to a standard laptop, is designed for rapid deployment of a network virtually anywhere on the planet with Starlink service. According to the official description from SpaceX, Starlink Mini is a portable kit that easily fits into a backpack and is designed to provide high-speed, low-latency internet access on the go. The gadget measures 298.5 x 259 x 38.5 mm and weighs 1.1 kg for the dish itself and 1.53 kg with the stand and 15-meter power cable. The case is IP67 rated, meaning it's resistant to rain and dust. Importantly, Starlink Mini has a built-in router, so no additional equipment is needed. It requires 20-40 watts of power to operate, allowing it to be powered even by a power bank.
