HUAWEI is enjoying a surge in sales thanks to its newly launched Pura 70 smartphone series. According to Chinese media reports, sales have more than doubled compared to the previous generation, and the momentum doesn't seem to be slowing down.
While the specific model driving this success remains undisclosed, sources attribute the high demand to the use of Kirin chips and significant improvements in image processing capabilities. Shipments of the Pura 70 series have already surpassed those of the HUAWEI P60 lineup by an impressive 125%.
Looking Ahead to the Mate 70
Meanwhile, HUAWEI is busy working on the Mate 70 series, expected to debut later this year. Rumors suggest these upcoming smartphones will utilize 7nm processors. This could potentially put them at a disadvantage against competitors who are already producing devices with more advanced, smaller chips.
