HUAWEI Pura 70 Gets a "Satellite" Upgrade - But What's the Price?
HUAWEI has just released an updated version of their Pura 70 smartphone, aptly named the Satellite SMS Edition. As you might guess, the key feature here is the addition of satellite communication capabilities. HUAWEI also announced the device's official retail pricing alongside its launch.
Satellite Messaging Takes Center Stage
The most significant difference between this new model and the standard Pura 70 is its ability to send and receive messages, including images, via the Beidou satellite network. All other specifications remain unchanged:
- Display: 6.6-inch OLED screen with a 2760x1256 pixel resolution
- Battery: 4900 mAh battery with 66W fast charging
- Camera: Triple rear camera setup (50MP + 13MP + 12MP)
HUAWEI also claims to have improved the image processing algorithms for portrait photography. Specifically, they're promising more realistic skin textures and an updated beautification algorithm. There's no word yet on when (or if) the base model will receive a similar software update.
