Intel's Lunar Lake CPUs Impress in Early Geekbench Showings Two upcoming Intel CPUs, the Core Ultra 7 268V and Core Ultra 7 256V, have made their debut on Geekbench, showcasing impressive performance that rivals AMD's Strix Point processors. Core Ultra 7 256V: A Strong Contender The Core Ultra 7 256V, a mid-range offering, achieved scores of 2,608 and 10,506 in Geekbench 6.3's single and multi-core tests, respectively. Notably, its single-core performance is just 16% behind the previous generation flagship Core i9-14900HX, despite having a significantly lower TDP. It also matches the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 in single-core performance.
