Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Specs Leaked Ahead of Release
Insiders have shared information about the specs of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, which is expected to be unveiled this week. It appears the new device won't differ significantly from the base model (2a).
If the leaks are accurate, the Phone (2a) Plus will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The claimed peak brightness is 1300 nits, with a maximum of 1100 nits in "high brightness" mode. The screen is said to be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, and the front camera cutout may house a 50MP module instead of the current model's 32MP sensor.
The main and ultra-wide cameras are also expected to be upgraded to 50MP. In addition to the improved front camera, the Plus model may also offer 4K video recording, optical image stabilization, and a 5000 mAh battery with support for 50W fast charging.
The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is rumored to be available in two configurations: 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB. The release date is expected to be August 31st.
