Vivo V40 SE 4G: Snapdragon Power, Long-Lasting Battery, and Vibrant Display
Vivo has expanded its V40 smartphone series with the new V40 SE 4G. This latest addition boasts a balanced set of features, including an AMOLED display with impressive brightness, a long-lasting battery with fast charging capabilities, and solid performance.
The Vivo V40 SE 4G sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 2400x1080 pixel resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 1800 nits. A centrally located punch-hole houses the 8MP front-facing camera, while the rear panel features a dual-camera setup with 50MP and 2MP sensors.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor coupled with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Users can further expand the storage capacity using a microSD card (up to 1TB).
The V40 SE 4G packs a 5000mAh battery that Vivo claims can provide up to 16.6 hours of YouTube playback. The company also states that the battery retains 80% of its capacity even after 1600 charge cycles. Moreover, it supports 80W fast charging, allowing for a quick 0-80% charge in just 30 minutes.
The smartphone measures 163.17 x 75.81 x 7.79 mm and weighs 186 grams. The variant with a faux leather back panel weighs 191 grams and has a thickness of 7.99mm. The Vivo V40 SE 4G is already available for purchase in the Czech Republic starting at $215.
