Apple's A18 Pro Processor Benchmarked Again, Showing Improved Performance
A Chinese insider has released new benchmark results for Apple's upcoming A18 Pro mobile chip, revealing slightly better performance than a previous leak. The tests were conducted using Geekbench 6.
According to a screenshot, the A18 Pro achieved a single-core score of 3570 and a multi-core score of 9310. This is a noticeable improvement over the previous leak, which showed scores of 3500 and 8200 respectively. The earlier leak already demonstrated the A18 Pro's power, surpassing even Apple's top-of-the-line M3 Max desktop processor.
However, the upcoming Apple mobile platform still lags behind its competitor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, in multi-core performance. Qualcomm's flagship chip boasts a multi-core score of 10,628 and a single-core score of 2845.
