Motorola Launches Moto G45 5G with Snapdragon Power, Smooth Display, and 50MP Camera
Motorola has officially lifted the curtain on the Moto G45 5G, revealing key specs for their latest smartphone offering.
While a full datasheet and details on dimensions, weight, and battery life remain under wraps, Motorola highlights a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor powering the device. This chipset, similar to the Snapdragon 695, boasts two high-performance Cortex-A78 cores alongside six efficient Cortex-A55 cores, aiming for a balance of power and battery life. Currently, it seems there will be a single configuration available, featuring 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The Moto G45 5G sports a 6.5-inch display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, promising a smoother user experience compared to the standard 90Hz found in many entry-level phones. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 provides protection for the display. Images showcase a textured back panel that resembles leather. Motorola confirms support for 13 5G bands and a triple camera system, headlined by a 50MP primary sensor.
Launching in India on August 21st, the Moto G45 5G is rumored to be priced around $178 USD. Global availability is yet to be confirmed.
