OneNotebook Unveils Powerful External GPU Featuring AMD's Latest Radeon Chip
OneNotebook has just announced the OneXPlayer OneXGPU 2, a powerful new external graphics card powered by AMD's upcoming mobile Radeon GPU. This new release promises to be one of the most potent solutions in its class, allowing laptop users with integrated graphics to enjoy high-quality gaming experiences.
While details remain scarce, the company did reveal some key information about the OneXGPU 2's design and GPU. The heart of this external GPU is the yet-to-be-released Radeon RX 7800M (Navi 32) mobile chip. Early estimations suggest performance close to its desktop counterpart, the RX 7800 XT, which itself rivals the formidable GeForce RTX 4070.
Building upon its predecessor, which utilized the less powerful RX 7600M XT, the new OneXGPU 2 will retain OcuLink and USB 4 Type-C ports. Additionally, it will feature DisplayPort 2.0 and HDMI 2.1 for connecting external displays. OneNotebook has not yet disclosed pricing or a release date for the OneXPlayer OneXGPU 2.
