Budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy A06 fully revealed ahead of launch
Reliable insider Evan Blass has published high-quality renders of the upcoming budget smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A06. The images showcase the design of the device in detail, revealing all its color options.
According to the leak, the phone will feature a flat design but will borrow the distinctive side button layout from the Galaxy A35 and A55, with a raised platform housing the power and volume buttons. This will be a noticeable change compared to its predecessor.
The renders show a device with a noticeable "chin" at the bottom of the display, a U-shaped notch for the front-facing camera, and a dual rear camera setup with vertically aligned lenses. The phone is expected to come in at least three colors: black, white, and gold.
Previously, the device was spotted on Geekbench, revealing its processor to be the MediaTek Helio G85. Data from the Google Play Console suggests a 6.7-inch display with a resolution of 1600x720 pixels.
Fonearena also reports a 50MP main camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 5000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging. Unofficial information points to dimensions of 167.3 x 77.9 x 8.0 mm.
Samsung has yet to announce the official launch date and pricing for the Galaxy A06.
