Geralt Confirmed? Voice Actor Hints at Witcher's Return in The Witcher 4
While CD Projekt Red announced The Witcher 4 several years ago, the studio has remained tight-lipped about concrete details surrounding the upcoming game. But fret not, it seems the legendary White Wolf won't be absent from the action.
During an appearance on the Full Damage podcast, Doug Cockle, the English voice actor for Geralt of Rivia, let slip some information about the protagonist's involvement in The Witcher 4. Cockle cryptically confirmed that Geralt will indeed appear in the RPG, albeit in a smaller role compared to his previous adventures:
"They've announced a Witcher 4. I can't really say anything about it other than the fact that, yes, I'm going to be in it, but I don't know to what extent. It's not a lead role, I can tell you that much. It's not another game about being Geralt. It's a game about... well, we don't know what it is yet and I'm really excited to find out!"
This revelation comes on the heels of CDPR slowly ramping up production on the highly anticipated title. As of May, over 400 people were already involved in the game's development, despite it still being in pre-production.
