OnePlus 13 Ditches Waterfall Display for a Fresh New Look

A Fresh Look

According to the leak, OnePlus will finally ditch the "waterfall" display with its aggressively curved edges in favor of a screen with minimal rounding. This could resemble the design language seen on devices like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra or HUAWEI Pura 70 Ultra, where the display appears to subtly protrude from the frame.

The camera module will also receive a minor makeover. While the shape and lens arrangement are expected to remain consistent with the OnePlus 12, it will no longer merge with the side frame. This design choice reportedly caused several issues for the OnePlus 12.

Under the Hood

The OnePlus 13 is rumored to pack the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor and a substantial 6000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. However, Digital Chat Station suggests that the camera system will remain identical to the OnePlus 12.

Early Bird Release

The insider notes that OnePlus aims to launch the new flagship before the major shopping event on November 11th. This points towards a potential unveiling in late October or early November.
