Budget-Friendly Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G Boasts OIS Camera and Snapdragon Power
Samsung has launched the Galaxy M55s 5G, a new budget-friendly smartphone boasting impressive features like an AMOLED display, a quad-camera system with a 50MP front-facing camera, and 45W fast charging.
The Galaxy M55s sports a large 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a sharp 1080x2400 pixel resolution, and a peak brightness of 1000 nits. Under the hood, it's powered by the capable Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor paired with 8GB of RAM.
The camera setup is a highlight of the device, featuring a 50MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 50MP front-facing camera. An 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro camera round out the quad-camera system. A sizable 5000mAh battery keeps the phone running, supported by 45W fast charging. Other notable features include Android 14 with One UI 6.1, dimensions of 163.9 x 76.5 x 7.8 mm, and a weight of 180 grams.
The Galaxy M55s 5G will be available in India starting September 26th. The 128GB variant will retail for $239, while the 256GB model will be priced at $275.
