Infinix Hot 50 4G Debuts: 50MP Camera, 120Hz Display, and AI Features for $165
Infinix has launched the Hot 50 4G, a budget-friendly smartphone offering a 120Hz display, a 50MP camera, and a suite of AI-powered features.
The Hot 50 4G is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 processor, paired with either 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. It also supports expandable storage up to 2TB via a microSD card. The smartphone features a large 6.78-inch IPS display with a 1080x2460 pixel resolution, a peak brightness of 800 nits, and TÃœV Rheinland certification for low blue light emissions.
The 50MP (f/1.6, 1/2.76") main camera is capable of recording videos at 1440p 30fps and 1080p 60fps. An 8MP front-facing camera handles selfies. Keeping the device running is a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. Infinix claims that the battery will retain 80% of its capacity even after 1600 charge cycles (double the typical 800 cycles).
This extended battery lifespan should translate to approximately four years of use, according to Infinix. A full charge is said to provide up to nine hours of gameplay in Free Fire.
Other notable features include NFC, Wi-Fi 5, a headphone jack, and several proprietary AI-powered functions: a seamless photo eraser, object cutout from images, a wallpaper generator, a text summarizer, and the Folax voice assistant.
The Infinix Hot 50 4G is affordably priced, starting at $165.
