The Core Ultra 7 255H features 16 cores (6 Lion Cove P-cores + 10 Crestmont E-cores) and a maximum boost clock of 5.1 GHz. However, benchmark results indicate the chip may struggle to maintain its peak frequency consistently.

Benchmark Results

In Geekbench's single-core test, the 255H scored 2,754 points, a 14% increase over the Core Ultra 7 155H (Meteor Lake) and roughly on par with the Lunar Lake Core Ultra 7 258V. It also performs similarly to the AMD Ryzen AI 9 365, which scored 2,797 points.

The multi-core score of 15,040 points represents a more substantial 22% improvement over the 155H and a 12% lead over the Ryzen AI 9 365. These results are particularly impressive given the lack of hyperthreading.
