Key Features

  • 27-inch OLED display
  • 1440p (2560 x 1440) resolution
  • 480Hz refresh rate
  • DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20) support
  • 0.03ms GtG response time
  • 275 nits typical brightness

While the UltraGear OLED 27GX790A is the first monitor in its class to offer DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 (with an 80 Gbps bandwidth), current consumer GPUs don't yet support this standard. As a result, it currently relies on Display Stream Compression (DSC) and DisplayPort 1.4 to achieve its 480Hz refresh rate at 1440p.

Pricing and Availability

The LG UltraGear OLED 27GX790A is currently available in the US for $999.99, directly from LG's website.
