NEOWIZ, the studio behind Lies of P, has announced a publishing partnership with ZAKAZANE, a Polish indie studio founded by former developers from CD Projekt RED and 11bit Studios. This deal will see NEOWIZ publish ZAKAZANE's debut game, a single-player noir western RPG set in a remote mining town.
The game centers around a sheriff tasked with solving a case that threatens the community's existence. ZAKAZANE previously secured $1 million in pre-seed funding, and this publishing deal adds another $8 million to their development budget.

This isn't NEOWIZ's first collaboration with a Polish studio formed by CD Projekt Red alumni. Last year, they partnered with Blank Studio, who are developing a post-apocalyptic character-driven game. (Q&A from June 2023 )
