Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against streamer Jesse Keighin (EveryGameGuru) for allegedly leaking unreleased and pirated Nintendo Switch games. Separately, Pocketpair, the developers of Palworld, has shared details about their ongoing lawsuit with Nintendo. The lawsuit states: "Defendant is a recidivist pirate who has obtained and streamed Nintendo’s leaked games on multiple occasions." Nintendo claims to have issued multiple DMCA notices, but Keighin continued streaming unauthorized gameplay, including using emulators to play pirated copies of unreleased titles like Mario & Luigi Brothership , Super Mario Party Jamboree , and Super Mario RPG .
