TechDroider has conducted a battery life test on the new OnePlus 13, comparing it to other flagship smartphones, including the battery life champion, the Xiaomi 15 Pro. The results show that the OnePlus 13, while respectable, doesn't quite reach the top tier.
OnePlus 13 Specifications and Test Setup
The OnePlus 13 features a 6.82-inch 120Hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and a 6000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The test involved 3 hours of continuous PUBG Mobile gameplay at maximum graphics settings, followed by mixed usage (video playback, social media, browsing, camera, etc.) until the phones died.
Results
After the 3-hour gaming session, the OnePlus 13 retained 68% of its charge. This is better than the OnePlus 12 (65%), Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (63%), and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL (60%), but trails the Xiaomi 15 Pro (79%) and Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max (78%).
