The OnePlus 13R, expected to be the global version of the OnePlus Ace 5, has surfaced on Geekbench, confirming the presence of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The benchmark listing provides further insights into the upcoming smartphone's specifications.
OnePlus is preparing to launch the Ace 5 series in China, with the Pro model featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The standard Ace 5, however, is expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus 13R for the global market, positioning it as a more affordable alternative to the OnePlus 13.
The Geekbench listing reveals the "pineapple" motherboard, the same as the OnePlus 12, and 12GB of RAM. While the OnePlus 12R offered up to 16GB of RAM, it's unclear if the 13R will match the 24GB option available in the OnePlus 13.
Other rumored specifications for the OnePlus 13R/Ace 5 include:
- 6.78-inch BOE X2 LTPO display
- Triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor
- 6000+ mAh battery
- 100W fast charging
Pricing and other details are yet to be officially announced by OnePlus. Stay tuned for more updates.
