A new RTX Remix mod has been released for Portal 2, bringing the beauty of path tracing to Valve's beloved puzzle game. Developed by xoxor4d, the "Portal 2 RTX Remix Compatibility" mod significantly enhances the game's visuals despite RTX Remix not officially supporting the title.
While the mod isn't perfect—some effects rendered with shaders have issues, and performance can be demanding due to the nature of path tracing—it offers a compelling way to revisit one of Valve's best games.
