Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition Unboxing and Comparison

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has received its first English-language unboxing video, showcasing its slim design and improved crease.
While Samsung's latest and greatest foldable, the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, is unlikely to see a global release, a new English-language unboxing video provides a detailed look at the device, comparing it to the existing Galaxy Z Fold6.

The Special Edition is noticeably thinner than the Galaxy Z Fold6, despite the officially stated 12% reduction seeming modest. It's also taller and wider but retains a more ergonomic form factor compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The unboxing video also highlights the significantly improved crease, which is much less pronounced than on the Galaxy Z Fold6. The wider cover display offers enhanced usability.
While an official global release is unlikely, importing the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is an option, though currently at a premium price.
