Samsung Display, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, is known for showcasing innovative display prototypes, some of which never make it to market. However, the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) has officially registered this "electronic games console" design, which was filed over two years ago.
The patent reveals a device with recessed buttons and potentially removable joysticks, allowing it to fold into a clamshell form factor. Whether this unique design will ever reach consumers remains to be seen.
