Valve has announced a limited edition white version of its Steam Deck OLED handheld gaming PC. This new colorway will be available worldwide but in limited quantities and at a slightly higher price.
The "Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition White" features an off-white shell with gray buttons and an orange power button. It comes with a matching white carrying case and microfiber cloth. Like the previous limited edition transparent model, this white version is only available with the 1TB storage configuration.
Availability and Pricing
The limited edition white Steam Deck OLED will be available for purchase starting November 18th at 3 PM PST (November 19th, 10 AM AEDT). Valve has allocated stock proportionally across regions and is limiting purchases to one unit per Steam account. Accounts must have made a Steam purchase before November 2024 to be eligible. Once the limited stock is sold out, it will not be replenished.
The limited edition white model will cost $679 in the US, $30 more than the standard black 1TB version. Aside from the color and included accessories, the hardware specifications remain identical. For those who already own a black Steam Deck, white skins are available from third-party sellers like Amazon.
