ASUS has introduced a special edition of its ROG Strix motherboard, based on the Z890 chipset, designed for Intel Core Ultra 200 series processors. This unique motherboard is themed around RO Ji, the personification of the ROG (Republic of Gamers) brand.
RO Ji is a virtual character and host active on Bilibili. This special edition motherboard is part of a larger series of RO Ji-themed hardware products including graphics cards and memory modules. The board is currently available exclusively in China.
Design and Specifications
The ROG STRIX Z890-H "RO JI" Special Edition features a 16+1+2+2 power stage design with dual 8-pin power connectors. It is based on the standard ROG STRIX Z890-H design but incorporates red-themed elements and branding featuring the RO Ji avatar.
Key features of the board include support for up to 192GB of DDR5 memory with speeds reaching up to 9066 MT/s (overclocked). It also has one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and support for up to four M.2 SSDs, with one slot supporting PCIe 5.0 specifications.
