Asus has teased what appears to be the first 27-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor, the ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM, ahead of CES 2025.
While rumors have circulated about new Samsung QD-OLED panels, Asus's teaser suggests the PG27UCDM might utilize LG's WOLED technology. This would make it a smaller alternative to the existing ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM.
Although Asus deleted the original teaser video, it was preserved by TFTCentral. The video hints at a CES 2025 reveal (January 7-10). The "U" in the model name (PG27UCDM) strongly suggests a UHD or 4K resolution.
Given that Samsung is rumored to be developing a 27-inch 1440p 500Hz panel, it's speculated that the PG27UCDM may use a next-generation LG Display WOLED panel instead.
