Compact OnePlus Flagship with Snapdragon 8 Elite and 1.5K Display Rumored

In a world of increasingly large smartphones, OnePlus is reportedly developing a more compact flagship device. According to seasoned tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, this new phone will feature a 6.3-inch 1.5K display and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. While 6.3 inches isn't exactly tiny, it's considerably smaller than the 6.82-inch display found on the OnePlus 13. The rumored phone is also expected to feature a 50MP camera with a 1/1.56" Sony IMX906 sensor. However, to keep costs down, it will reportedly lack a periscope camera. Digital Chat Station also mentioned an under-display fingerprint sensor, though the technology (optical or ultrasonic) hasn't been finalized.
