Unlocking The Hooded One
To respec your passive skills, you must first complete Una's quests:
- Secrets in the Dark: Find The Hooded One in the Grelwood and gather rune spikes from the Red Vale to free him.
- Sorrow Among Stones: Journey through the Grim Tangle to the Cemetery of the Eternals. Defeat Draevan the Eternal Praetor and Asinia the Praetor's Consort to obtain their keys. Open Count Lachlan's mausoleum, defeat the boss, and retrieve Count Lachlann's Ring.
Once you return to Una with the ring, she will revive The Hooded One, granting you access to his services, including the ability to respec.
Respeccing Your Passive Skills
After reviving The Hooded One, speak to him in Clearfell Encampment. Choose the "Refund Passives" option to respec your skill points. Keep in mind that the cost of respeccing increases with your level, so it's more economical to make changes earlier in the game.
The Hooded One also offers item identification services, saving you Scrolls of Wisdom.
