Finding the Blackshirt Disguise

The disguise is located in the far southeast of the Vatican map, in a courtyard adjacent to the Apostolic Palace. This courtyard is initially inaccessible until you progress the main quest far enough.

You'll need to progress the "Stolen Cat Mummy" mission to the point where Cardinal Antonio gives you a bottle of wine and instructs you to find the "Underworld Gate" in the Tower of Nicholas V (note: this is different from a similar objective in the Mad Priest side quest). Completing this lengthy underground section is key.

Upon resurfacing at the Apostolic Palace excavation site, you'll follow a nun who opens a previously locked door. After a cutscene involving Gina and a Zeppelin, you'll be on a balcony overlooking the courtyard where Blackshirts are doing laundry. Use the zipline to the opposite balcony, climb down, and defeat the Blackshirts to obtain the disguise. There's also an inscription to photograph nearby.

Starting the Underground Boxing Ring Sidequest (Optional)

While not mandatory, starting the Underground Boxing Ring sidequest can help you locate the Blackshirt disguise. The boxing ring is west of the main map area, north of the Borgia Courtyard. The entrance is a hidden doorway behind the stairs leading to the Fountain of Confession. Locating this area first will place a marker on your map indicating the Blackshirt disguise's location.
