Ahead of the official review embargo, a live stream by YouTuber RawiioliExtras offers an early look at the ASRock Arc B580 Challenger graphics card. RawiioliExtras obtained a sample card and, thanks to an undisclosed source, a functioning driver, allowing for early testing.
Performance and Overclocking
Using a Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, RawiioliExtras ran 3DMark Time Spy tests, achieving 2993 points at stock settings and 3090 points with a modest overclock (a 3% increase). A later test achieved 3382 points (a ~13% improvement over stock).
The stream also demonstrated Intel's new Graphics Software (replacing Arc Software), showcasing advanced overclocking features. Users can now adjust voltage, power limits, fan profiles, and even VRAM speeds. However, Intel's warranty will be voided with such manual adjustments.
The live stream also included additional tests such as Tomb Raider benchmarks, PCIe Express bandwidth tests, and video encoding tests.
While this provides an early glimpse of the B580's performance, the official reviews launching soon will offer more comprehensive results, focusing specifically on gaming benchmarks. You can find RawiioliExtras' full video here.
