Arrow Lake vs. Raptor Lake
The "Ultra" SKUs belong to the Arrow Lake family, featuring Lion Cove, Skymont, and Xe/XMX architectures. The non-Ultra models are based on Raptor Lake, representing faster versions of the 13th Gen Core CPUs. The Raptor Lake series includes the flagship Core 9 270H, previously referred to as the Core 7 270H, with a reportedly maximum clock speed of 5.8GHz.
Total SKU Count and Other Details
The entire mobile Core 200 series includes 31 SKUs, with:
- 6 Core Ultra 200HX models
- 9 Core Ultra 200H models
- 7 Core 200H models
- 9 Core Ultra 200V models
Intel is also expected to announce the Core Ultra 200HX series, a desktop-grade mobile line with a 55W TDP. The series also features 10-core Raptor Lake Core 200U models with reduced TDP, and four 12-core Core Ultra 200U models. Some SKUs may have varied clock speeds.
