Recent leaks from Evan Blass revealed images of the Legion Go S, believed to be Lenovo's next gaming handheld, along with the Legion Glasses 2. Blass's images hint at a potential SteamOS version of the device, suggested by a dedicated Steam button.
While the white version of the device features a shortcut button for Lenovo's Legion Space software, a dark grey version sports what appears to be a Steam button. This has led to speculation that the grey model will ship with SteamOS rather than Windows.
Although no concrete evidence confirms this yet, Valve seems to be moving towards officially supporting the ROG Ally with a version of SteamOS. If this support is extended to other Windows handheld manufacturers like Lenovo, it could mean the emergence of dedicated SteamOS alternatives to the Steam Deck.
