The video ad, spotted on YouTube and shared on X, promises a more detailed look at the game in December 2024, presumably around or shortly after The Game Awards.
Setting and Development
According to the leaked description, Mafia: The Old Country is set in 1900s Sicily. This marks the fifth main installment in the Mafia series, following the original 2002 release by Illusion Softworks. Hangar 13 is developing The Old Country, as well as Mafia III and its Definitive Edition.
