Maxsun has joined ASRock and GUNNIR in teasing its custom Intel Arc Battlemage GPU, slated for an unveiling on December 3rd, coinciding with Intel's official announcement of the Battlemage series.
Maxsun, known for its affordable GPUs, is preparing a triple-fan version of the Arc B580. The image suggests a black shroud design, and while early B580 specifications are known, the core clock on Maxsun's version might be higher, potentially exceeding 2.8 GHz if factory overclocked.
Details about display outputs and power connectors are yet to be revealed. However, given ASRock's similar triple-fan B580 Steel Legend with dual 8-pin connectors, Maxsun's version might follow suit. Dual 8-pin connectors allow for higher power consumption during overclocking.
Intel is also preparing the Arc B570, with ASRock having a Challenger series card ready. It will feature 10GB of VRAM, 18 Xe2 cores, and up to a 2.6 GHz clock speed. It is uncertain whether both the B570 and B580 will launch simultaneously.
