Shared GPU Architecture

The RTX 5070 Ti will utilize the GB203-300 GPU, a cut-down variant of the same GB203 chip used in the higher-end RTX 5080 (GB203-400). This marks a positive change compared to the RTX 40 series, where the "Ti" variant used a different and lower-end chip.

The RTX 5070 Ti board is labeled "PG147 SKU 60," with a TBP (Total Board Power) now set at 350W, up from the previously rumored 300W.

Memory and Bandwidth

Thanks to the GB203 GPU, the RTX 5070 Ti will come with 16 GB of GDDR7 memory on a 256-bit bus, configured at 28 Gbps, providing 896 GB/s of total bandwidth. This represents a 33% improvement over the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER.
