A leaked image allegedly showing the PCB design of NVIDIA's upcoming GeForce RTX 5090 has surfaced, revealing a massive GB202 GPU package and a custom layout.
This PCB, shared on the Chiphell forums, is likely from a custom variant due to its larger size and lack of NVIDIA branding. The board extends past the display connectors and lacks any visible NVIDIA markings. However, the PCB does feature the PG145 board designation, which is NVIDIA’s reference design.
GDDR Memory and Layout
The layout of the GDDR memory modules matches a previously leaked "Android" pattern, with 16 modules in total. This could support configurations of 32GB, 48GB, or 64GB, depending on the use of 2GB, 3GB, or 4GB modules, respectively.
GB202 GPU and Other Features
The RTX 5090 is expected to utilize the GB202 GPU, reportedly measuring 24x31mm with a package size of 63x56mm, which seems to align with this leak. The PCB uses a single 12V-6x2 power connector and utilizes a PCIe 5.0 interface.
Upon closer look, the PCB markings confirm this is indeed a PNY model based on PG145 board (GB202).
Overall, the GPU size, PCIe slot, and GDDR layout are consistent with previously leaked information, strengthening the authenticity of this RTX 5090 PCB leak.
