French developer Tactical Adventures has announced Solasta II, the sequel to its popular 2021 cRPG, Solasta: Crown of the Magister. The game was revealed during the TGA 2024 pre-show and is based on the Dungeons & Dragons SRD 5.1 ruleset, set in its own original world. Solasta II takes place decades after the events of Crown of the Magister, introducing a new group of adventurers on the continent of Neokos. They will face a powerful, corrupting villain named Shadwyn, voiced by Amelia Tyler (known for her work in Baldur's Gate III and Hades II). Unreal Engine 5 and Gameplay Enhancements The sequel is powered by Unreal Engine 5, promising significant visual upgrades compared to its predecessor.
