Tesla Upgrades Superchargers for Fast Cybertruck Charging
Tesla has listed Supercharger stations with 325kW upgrades for fast Cybertruck charging, enabling 20-minute top-offs.
Tesla has released a list of Supercharger stations with V4 piles and V3 cabinets that have been upgraded to deliver fast 325 kW charging for the Cybertruck. The Cybertruck is currently the only Tesla vehicle with an 800V architecture that can take advantage of this higher charging speed. Upgraded Superchargers Tesla’s lead engineer, Lars Moravy, previously stated that the Cybertruck can charge in under 20 minutes at suitable V4 Superchargers. These V4 piles, initially installed with longer cables, were still using the older V3 cabinets with a peak output of 250 kW. Tesla has stated that the upcoming V4 cabinet upgrade is expected to push peak charging beyond 350 kW to 500 kW, and even 1.2 MW for the Semi. This will happen in 2025. In the interim, Tesla is providing a middle ground with 325 kW output at some existing V4 Supercharger stations backed by V3 cabinets. 325 kW Supercharger Locations Here's a list of fast 325 kW Supercharger stations for the Cybertruck: Lebec, CA Chemult, OR Colum…
