The upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra is generating significant buzz among mobile photography enthusiasts. The flagship is rumored to feature a main camera with three similarly-sized sensors, a native 35mm focal length, and the ability to record 4K120 video with all cameras, a feature previously found in Sony Xperia devices.
35mm Native Focal Length & Improved Sensors
For the first time, Vivo is expected to include a native 35mm focal length lens in the X200 Ultra. The ultrawide camera will also utilize the same 1/1.3-inch LYT-818 sensor as the main camera. Furthermore, the telephoto camera is rumored to be an improved version of the 1/1.4-inch 200MP sensor found in the Vivo X200 Pro.
4K120 Video Recording Across All Cameras
The most exciting camera feature is the inclusion of 4K120 video recording across all three cameras, a functionality previously seen on Sony Xperia flagships. This feature, combined with optical image stabilization (OIS) and wide apertures on all cameras, promises top-tier video capabilities.
A new version of Vivo's ISP (likely named Vivo V4 or V5, after V3+) is also expected to debut on the X200 Ultra.
While an official global release is not yet known, the Vivo X200 Ultra is certainly shaping up to be a highly anticipated smartphone for mobile photography and videography enthusiasts.
