Xiaomi has officially announced the launch date for its upcoming Redmi Turbo 4 smartphone. This mid-range device, which sports a design reminiscent of the iPhone 16, is scheduled to debut in China on January 2, 2025.

The Redmi Turbo 4 will be among the first smartphones to feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 8400 SoC. Xiaomi will use a customized variant with an "Ultra" suffix, though details on the differences are currently unknown.

Promotional posters confirm the phone's design, featuring two vertical cameras within a pill-shaped camera island on the back, mirroring the iPhone 16. The primary camera is a 50MP sensor, while the secondary is an 8MP ultrawide lens.

Other rumored features include a 6.67-inch LTPS OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6,550 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The phone is also expected to have flat sides with slim bezels.
