Motion Blur, a Turkish indie developer, has been gaining attention for their upcoming third-person shooter, Black State. At CES 2025, IGN captured three and a half minutes of new gameplay footage in stunning 4K resolution, demonstrating the game's impressive visuals and stealth-focused gameplay. Impressive Visuals and Performance Despite being developed by an indie studio, Black State’s photorealism is striking. The game is built on Unreal Engine 5, however, it does not utilize built-in Lume and Nanite features. Instead, Motion Blur has developed their own "special pipeline" after R&D, promising great visuals and unbelievable optimization. Black State is also confirmed to support NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Generation, ensuring great performance on NVIDIA’s new GeForce RTX 50 graphics cards.
