NVIDIA is revolutionizing DLSS with the introduction of a new Transformer model, replacing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for enhanced visuals across all GeForce RTX GPUs. Additionally, several games are getting new DLSS support.
NVIDIA DLSS Transformer Model: A Visual Upgrade
The new DLSS Transformer model, introduced alongside DLSS 4, moves beyond CNNs to achieve better visuals. This model analyzes all pixels in a frame and prioritizes the important details, leading to:
- Improved Ray Reconstruction with better mesh stability and reduced shimmering
- Smoother edges and reduced ghosting in fast-motion instances
- Enhanced DLSS Super Resolution on older RTX GPUs
While DLSS Multi-Frame Generation is exclusive to RTX 50 series GPUs, the benefits of the Transformer model are available on all RTX 20, 30, 40, and 50 series GPUs.

This roguelite vehicle shooter now supports both NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution and Frame Generation.
SMITE 2
The Unreal Engine 5 powered MOBA is getting support for DLSS Super Resolution, DLAA, and Reflex. It is now in Open Beta on Steam and Epic Games Store.
Honkai: Star Rail
The free-to-play gacha game will add NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution in its 3.0 update.
Assetto Corsa EVO
