A new leak has surfaced, revealing codenames for Google's 2026 smartphone lineup, the Pixel 11 series. The leak indicates four devices are in development, each with a unique bear-themed codename.
Pixel 11 Series Codenames
According to the leak from Android Authority, the Google Pixel 11 devices are codenamed as follows:
- Pixel 11: Cubs/4CS4
- Pixel 11 Pro: Grizzly/CGY4
- Pixel 11 Pro XL: Kodiak/PKK4
- Pixel 11 Pro Fold: Yogi/9YI4
This suggests a continuation of Google's approach of offering multiple models in its flagship lineup, including a foldable device.
Tensor G6 SoC Details
All four Pixel 11 models are expected to be powered by a TSMC N3P-made Tensor G6 SoC. The chip will feature a 1+6+1 CPU configuration and a 2-core GPU. This new design aims to address any issues with the TSMC N3E-based Tensor G5 found in the Pixel 10 series, but not the Pixel 10a.
Other Rumored Features
While the information is still limited, the Pixel 11 series might include under-display face unlock technology and a corresponding selfie camera. With the shift away from Samsung Foundry, the new Tensor chip should offer node parity with Qualcomm and MediaTek, though Google will need time to perfect the architecture.
