NVIDIA's next-generation GeForce RTX 50 "Blackwell" laptop GPUs have been spotted in the PCI ID repository, revealing models such as the RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti, 5060, and 5050 Max-Q.

"Blackwell" GPUs with "Ada" Architecture?

A recent report suggests that NVIDIA might use "Ada" GPU dies (specifically AD108M) for some RTX 50-series Max-Q GPUs. This is unexpected since the RTX 50 series was anticipated to be based on the newer "Blackwell" architecture. The AD108M die is not found in the current Ada lineup and is an entry level GPU, leading to confusion on how it will be used with RTX 50 GPUs.
