The six routine cores have speeds up to 3.53 GHz and the other two higher-power cores have maximum speeds as high as 4.32 GHz. This indicates significant grunt in this foldable device.
Along with this powerhouse chip, the listing also reveals 12GB of RAM. This is plenty to keep things running smoothly, even with demanding apps and multitasking. For the software, it looks like Motorola is keeping right up to date. The Razr Ultra 2025 is listed as running Android 15 straight out of the box.
